£180,000 Trailer Refinance Deal
Broker introduced new customer to KAFL based in the North West. Refinance of 8 trailers required to raise additional monies to put back into cash flow & take out encumbered asset finance companies. By rescheduling the finance agreements the monthly repayments were significantly reduced aiding cash flow. Deal size £180,000 agreed on a Sale & Leaseback facility.

£45,000 New Seedling Trays
Existing customer of KAFL’s based in the North West. Required finance for £45,000 new seedling trays. The company propagates plants to sell on to garden centres, nurseries and supermarkets £45,000 facility agreed on a finance lease over 3 years.
