Our processes

Our manual underwriting process is simple and straightforward with credit decisions given typically within a 24-hour period. Refinance deals may take longer due to additional due diligence being required such as valuations. However, you will be kept well informed of the progress and our underwriters are happy to discuss directly with you.

We use electronic signature documents and BACS payment method, so documentation won't delay payments to your suppliers or into your bank account.
