We are pleased to welcome Norma Greenwood to the Kingsley Team as our Senior Underwriter.
Kingsley Asset Finance funds machinery and equipment for electrical, civil, mechanical, structural and chemical engineering companies.
Our credit experts have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience of multi engineering disciplines, and the specialist areas they operate – such as aerospace, automotive, biochemicals, textiles, energy, nuclear, water systems, plumbing and pharmaceutical - and the machinery and equipment they require.
What we fund
Over the years we have successfully funded a wide variety of both new and second-hand manufacturing and engineering equipment including milling and turning machines, lathes and press brakes - to name a few.
Kingsley Asset Finance also offers a refinance/capital release package for manufacturing and engineering companies. By simply using a company's existing unencumbered assets as security, cash can be released back into business cashflow to assist with a variety of business needs. These could be energy costs, purchase of raw materials, new projects, design work, maintenance challenges, reduction of waste products and recruitment.
With enough equity in existing assets, live finance agreements on engineering and manufacturing equipment with other lenders can also be consolidated, reducing the monthly repayments and aiding cash flow - with the added potential of releasing further capital.
We have a range of finance products to suit engineering and manufacturing companies' requirements with minimum deposits and up to 60-month repayment options - all at competitive rates.
Our processes
Our manual underwriting process is simple and straightforward with credit decisions given typically within a 24-hour period. Refinance deals may take longer due to additional due diligence being required such as valuations. However, you will be kept well informed of the progress and our underwriters are happy to discuss directly with you.
Documentation will not hold up payment to your suppliers or payment into your bank account as we use electronic signature documents and BACS payment method.
